Market description:

The Issuer’s activities are strictly connected with the situation of the power industry in Poland. If demand for electricity increases, the existing power plants must be modernised and new power plants must be constructed. In December 2012, the Polish Government announced a programme under which 100 billion zloty is to be allocated to the development of the power industry in Poland. This amount includes 60 billion zloty for new power units and industrial networks. Investments connected with the construction of new power units are planned. The projects are to commence before the end of 2015 and will be completed up to 2020.

Given the above projects and the planned development of the commercial power industry in Poland, the Company sees great opportunities for acquiring new contracts for the repair, modernisation and construction of power plant elements in future.
